At Meraki Avenue, we now ship to the following countries:
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

We currently do not offer shipping beyond these regions.

Note: All shipping times are estimated and begin after dispatch from our warehouse.
Orders under $30 USD will incur a shipping fee of $6.

🚚 Dispatch Timeframe
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.

📮 Delivery Policy
All orders may require a signature upon delivery.
If you're not available during delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or redirect your parcel to the nearest post office.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Meraki Avenue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes
You may be charged customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not collected by Meraki Avenue and remain the customer's responsibility.

🔁 Return to Sender & Delivery Issues
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempts:

  • You will receive store credit (excluding shipping fees).

  • Any additional carrier costs will be deducted from your credit.

If your order is unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, it may be disposed of by the carrier. Unfortunately, no compensation can be provided in such cases.

⚠️ Delays & Lost Packages
Meraki Avenue is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by customs or courier services.

  • Lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
